In April 1997, Prime Time Party Rental opened its doors with a 5000 sq. ft. warehouse, 3 employees and 3 delivery vehicles.  At the time, Prime Time Party Rental was a small scale rental company with tents, tables, chairs, china and glassware.  
 

In 1999 Prime Time Party Rental had grown to 11 employees, 4 delivery trucks and a new 17,0000 sq. ft. warehouse with a showroom.  The purchase of the larger building on West Dorothy Lane allowed  for an expansion of the china department and the inclusion of linens.  By 2002 a full scale, in-house laundry department was added and Prime Time Party Rental was now a full service rental company for all party needs.  

 

On November 17, 2006, Prime Time Party Rental suffered a devastating tragedy.  A fire broke out in our warehouse in the middle of the night that consumed almost every rental item in inventory, as well as the building itself.  Words cannot explain the grief that was felt across the Prime Time Party Rental family, but grief aside, there were still customers expecting deliveries of their rental items all across Dayton.  Thankfully, many of the deliveries for the next day had been pre-loaded on delivery trucks and were spared in the fire.  Prime Time Party Rental was fortunate to have the assistance of numerous rental companies from Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus step up help us ensure that we did not miss a single order delivery.  Operations were moved into a vacant building next door and Prime Time Party Rental resumed business as usual the next day.

Even a devastating fire did not slow the growth of Prime Time Party Rental, as construction took place on the building, operations resumed in the space next door and by 2011 the Prime Time Party Rental family had grown to 35 employees operating with nearly 20 delivery trucks in the newly reconstructed 40,000 sq. ft. warehouse.

In 2014, Prime Time Party Rental was busting at the seams with the increased growth into the Cincinnati market as well as the new addition of the Columbus market.  The current location at 5225 N Springboro Pike in West Carrollton boasts a 100,000 sq. ft. warehouse with a beautiful 15,000 sq. ft. design center and showroom.  The Prime Time Party Rental family has expanded to 65 year round employees and brings in an additional 85 seasonal employees from May thru October.  Our delivery fleet consists of 20 large trucks during our peak season months and an additional 10 pickup trucks.  The new warehouse and showroom has allowed for additional continued growth and the potential to expand into additional markets around the surrounding states of Ohio.  With innovative technology and professional staff, Prime Time Party Rental is sure to be the preferred rental company throughout Ohio and the surrounding areas.
